Harry J. Loso, President/Owner

Harry has been the sole owner and President since he started Loso’s Professional Janitorial Services, Inc. in 1984.  Closely involved with the daily operations of the company, Harry leads, motivates and monitors the performance of the management team and staff.  He is involved with developing, reviewing and approving the company’s business plans and proposals, sets targets, and allocates the operating budget for the company’s activities.  Harry works with various vendors to determine how the company can improve its work practices using innovative solutions.  He also meets with clients to gain a firsthand perspective on how Loso’s Professional Janitorial Services, Inc. can meet with specific needs.  He oversees the entire operations for the company, ensuring hiring of high quality staff, us of effective financial management, and constant monitoring of performance through reviews of inspections by the management team.

Christopher J. Loso, Vice President

Chris has been involved with the business in various capacities at different times since its inception in 1984.  Chris previously served as a management consultant for such large firms as Deloitte Consulting, Arthur Andersen LLP, and Booz Allen Hamilton.  He assisted many large-scale organizations, helping them address their operational challenges through the effective implementation of process and technology solutions.  He rejoined the family business in 2011, and is now serving as Vice President. 


Chris channels his prior management consulting experience on continuous organizational improvement and providing stewardship for ongoing growth of the family cleaning business.  Some of his duties include analyzing potential markets for the company's cleaning services and maintaining effective relationships with customers.  He is closely involved with developing, presenting, and implementing business strategies that help our clients meet their cleaning needs.  Chris also performs regular site visits and inspections at our client sites to ensure quality control.  He also reviews existing company policies and procedures, updating them as needed and ensuring that the staff adheres to them.  Chris oversees invoicing and payroll, and leads the drafting of new job bid proposals.  He is also responsible for hiring and helps coordinate training and education efforts for new janitorial staff.   Chris is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI).  He has also earned the CIMS and CIMS-GB ISSA Certification Expert (I.C.E.) designations.

Barry Craig, Operations Manager

Barry has been with Loso’s Professional Janitorial Services, Inc. since February 2006.  Barry’s prior experience includes working for Swish for over 13 years, where he worked as the Operations Manager, overseeing all aspects of the distribution of cleaning supplies and equipment.  Barry’s portfolio includes supervision over the daily operations of our customer accounts and coordination of over 60 staff.  He liaisons with the facility managers at our cleaning accounts and conducts regular site inspections.  Barry also coordinates special project work (e.g., carpet and floor care, window cleaning, etc.) when required at various client sites.  Barry oversees invoicing and payroll, and works with the rest of the management team on drafting new job bid proposals.  He is also responsible for hiring new janitorial staff.   

 

Barry provides valuable input in the assessment and quality control of company policies and procedures, and ensures that the staff adheres to them.  Working with the evening supervisor, he also trains and educates new cleaners about the account sites they will cover.  Barry brings experience, proven dedication and commitment to our clients and staff.

Sherry Sartelle – Evening Supervisor

Sherry has been working with Loso’s Professional Janitorial Services, Inc. since March 2002.  She has over 20 years of cleaning experience, servicing both commercial and residential clients.  She has over 7 years of management experience as well, focusing her efforts on monitoring and assisting the janitorial staff working in the Chittenden County and surrounding areas.  Sherry serves as the evening supervisor, and is responsible for conducting inspections at client sites, offering support to staff, and conducting special projects as needed.  She also assists with the coordination of special project work (e.g., carpet and floor care, window cleaning, etc.) as needed at various client sites. 

 

Sherry provides valuable input in the assessment and quality control of company policies and procedures based on her experience in the field.  She meets with the cleaning staff at the client sites to answer their questions and to ensure they adhere to the policies and procedures in place. Sherry assists with the hiring new janitorial staff.  Once new staff is hired, Sherry trains and educates them on at the account sites they will be cleaning, and follows up with them frequently during the first 30 days to provide further support as needed.  Sherry brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the company’s management team.  She even constructs the monthly newsletter that is distributed to company staff.  She possesses a strong work ethic and positive attitude that transcends across the organization.
