• Prior management experience (at least 2 years of experience preferred)
• Prior experience in janitorial or related field of work (at least 2 years of experience preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills
